Ayurveda for Longevity
Consciously crafted teas designed to harmonize the play of the five elements (i.e. doshas) —air, water, earth, fire, and ether—to promote health and longevity!
Ayurveda Is Back!
Welcome to Ayurvedist – where ancient wisdom meets modern wellness! In Ayurveda, your dosha (i.e your nature) is shaped by the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—forming a unique mind-body constitution. Balancing these 5 elements is key to achieving optimal health and well-being.
Inspired by my late grandfather, an Ayurvedic doctor, and my own healing journey suffering from long COVID, I created these caffeine-free blends to help you reconnect with nature, restore balance, and embrace longevity.
At Ayurvedist, we make Ayurveda simple, accessible, and deeply transformative—one consciously crafted sip at a time.

What is Ayurveda, anyway?
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian wellness system that focuses on balancing your mind, body, and energies using herbs, food, and lifestyle habits. Think of it as the OG self-care, designed to help you feel your best—inside and out. It’s been around for over 5,000 years—and it’s still going strong.
What are doshas?
Doshas are your unique energies, made up of combinations of the five elements: air, water, fire, earth, and ether (space). These elements influence your physical traits, emotions, and behaviors. To keep it simple a combination of these elements is broadly categorized into 3 doshas:
- Vata (air + ether): Creative, energetic, and always on the go. Can make you feel anxious & overwhelmed at times
- Pitta (fire + water): Driven, passionate, and a bit fiery. Can make you feel frustrated & burntout at times
- Kapha (earth + water): Calm, steady, and nurturing. Can make you feel lazy & sluggish at times
Balancing your dosha helps you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Why should I care about my doshas?
If you care about living a looong healthy life - you should care about the subtler aspects of your existence. Doshas are just that.
When your dosha is balanced, you feel energized, calm, and in sync with your body. When it’s off, stress and fatigue can set in. Our ancestors thrived on these herbs, living long, healthy lives by keeping their doshas in check. We’re bringing those ancient remedies back, making it easy for you to drink your Ayurvedic supplements and feel your best.
How do I know my dosha?
Take our Dosha Quiz and find our what your made of. Based on your habits, mood, and energy, we’ll help you figure out which dosha (or doshas) best describes you. In just a few minutes, you’ll know exactly what your body needs.
