Ayurvedist began with a personal journey back to balance.

Years of stress, long hours, and constant travel left me dealing with gut issues, low energy, and disrupted sleep. Doctor visits helped temporarily, but nothing truly changed.

Everything shifted on a trip back to India. Being home meant returning to the rhythms I grew up with - warm meals, herbal infusions, and simple daily routines rooted in Ayurveda, without ever being labeled as such.

That’s when it clicked. As my digestion and energy improved, I realized Ayurveda works best when it’s simple, consistent, and woven into everyday life - not when it feels like an overwhelming protocol.

Back in the U.S., I went looking for those same teas. But everything felt diluted, over-flavored, or disconnected from the tradition behind it.

There was a gap.

Ayurvedist was created to bridge it. Real, functional Ayurvedic teas - grounded, clean, and easy to use every day.
